RENTAL FACILITY

The Pathfinder office, located in Lancaster, New York, contains a well-appointed focus group facility available for rent. Our team can coordinate and conduct your session, or you may use our space to run a focus group yourself.

Our rental facility includes a private conference room with a one-way mirror leading to the adjacent viewing room. Each area comfortably seats 10 – 12 people.

For sessions that may require a break, restrooms are available, as well as a large dining room. Food and beverages of all types can be provided by order, or we can share menus for local establishments at your request.

Pathfinder offers recruitment, moderation, and transcription services, in addition to providing video and audio recordings of your session. We can also live stream your focus group to allow others to observe and react in real time.

Pathfinder is located just off Walden Avenue, about 30 minutes from downtown Buffalo, with safe, free, on-site parking. If you’re not within driving distance, we are located 15 minutes from the nearby Buffalo Niagara International Airport, which allows for convenient travel planning and transportation.
